Farmers of Bedfordshire will be the first to pledge their Trailers for the Tilly pass certificate. 19 year old Harry was killed in 2014 while Grain carting as a Harvest worker. Harry was a keen young farmer & his life was cut short one summer day. Due to poarly maintained brakes on his trailer. the company he worked for were found GUILTY of poorly maintained equipment not in good working order being not fit for the road therefore not ensuring the safety of their workforce. Harry's dog Tilly is leading our campaign.
