This is an essential training course aimed at agricultural, fleet and
plant towing of packages of fuel and dangerous goods up to 1000
litres.
This is an 8 hour course which can be arranged to be held on-site/
farm or at Tilly Pass’s training venue (Bedfordshire) and courses will
be run by Mark Skinner CAT AMIMI (Mark Skinner Trailer Training
& Compliance). Groups will be no larger than 6 learners.
Dangerous Goods Awareness Training - Group Booking for 6
Attendees will be able to:
- Understand how to store dangerous goods including LPG &
Acetylene
- Calculate mixed loads for transport by road
- Understand transport categories and packaging groups
- Understand how to contain spills and leaks
- Understand the signage required for IBC bowsers and packages
- Understand the threshold limit for the UK Carriage of dangerous
goods
- Understand the classes of dangerous goods
- Understand how liquids react to speed in centrifugal forces
