Please be advised that the Health and Safety Executive informed the All Party Parliamentary

Group on Trailer Safety that the ‘Tilly your Trailer’ initiative was the most comprehensive one

available today to assist farmers to meet their responsibilities under the Provision and Use of

Work Equipment Regulations in respect of agricultural trailers.

You may be interested to know that we are taking action against any persons or companies that

claim a partial test such as a brake efficiency test is equally effective.
